Tabbles - share various information with your team members
Let's imagine that you need to work on a big project together with other team members. This requires sharing files, documents, folders and other types of information, for working more efficiently and finishing the project on time. Using the Windows sharing feature for this is not enough, as this feature is very limited and doesn't allow sharing files and folders over the Internet but only over the network. For all these problems, Tabbles is the solution. It's a Windows simple application that allows sharing various types of data over the network or the Internet, making it accessible for all the members of a team.
Files that need sharing can be organized in virtual folders and each team member can have its own password and restrictions for accessing the files. The program somewhat resembles the popular WinFS and FTP, but it's more advanced than both of them.
All the program's functions can be easily accessed using the classical menu displayed at the top of the interface. Using it, one can add new files to a virtual folder, can share different files and folders and can also announce this using Facebook or Twitter, allowing team members to know that the user has shared some important files or information. The program comes in two versions, either as a standalone application or as a MS Outlook plug-in, allowing one to share all his emails, contacts, tasks and other information included in Outlook, with his team members.
